WOZ value kya hoti hai?

Yeh property ki value hai jo Property Valuation Law (WOZ) ke through decide hoti hai. WOZ value municipality ke dwara set ki jaati hai. WOZ ka owners ke liye teen taxes mein impact hota hai:

– Income tax
– Property tax (OZB)
– Water tax

Simple terms mein, yeh ek average selling price hoti hai jo pichle saal ke area ke basis pe hoti hai, lekin andar ke changes (jaise nayi kitchen, bathroom jo property ki value ko increase karte hain, woh consider nahi kiye jaate). Yeh value usually actual property value se kaafi kam hoti hai.
