Yes, your partner and children also register at the municipality and receive their own BSN. Adults generally need their own Dutch health insurance (zorgverzekering), while children are usually co-insured on the basic package free of charge, so the whole family can access healthcare, schooling and other services. Each family member uses their own BSN for official matters.
