After your affordability check, we schedule your first consultation. This meeting can take place online or at our office – whichever suits you best.
We’ll explain the entire home-buying process step by step, answer your questions, and create a plan based on your situation.
Step 4. We search for a property
Now it’s time to find your new home. We work with you to search for properties that match your budget and requirements. We also help you assess properties and make informed decisions before making an offer.
Step 5. We submit offers
When you find a property you like, we’ll help you prepare and submit your offer. We guide you through the process and take care of the paperwork until your offer is accepted.
Step 6. Meeting 1
Once your offer has been accepted, we move on to arranging your mortgage. This meeting can also be held online.
We prepare your mortgage application, collect the required documents, communicate with the bank, and handle all the paperwork needed to finance your new home.
Step 7. Meeting 2
Before the purchase is completed, you’ll sign the final documents. In most cases, this takes place at our office.
Step 8. Visit to the notary
The final step is signing the deed of transfer and receiving the keys to your new home. We’ll accompany you to the notary to make sure everything goes smoothly.
